How We Clean Your Tiles and Grout

Vacuum

Our first step in cleaning your tiles and grout is removing any dry dirt and dust that lays on top of your tiles and grout or around the edges. We carefully vacuum these areas and also sweep up any debris.

Pre Spray

Once we have your tiles swept and cleaned we can then spray on or mop on tile cleaner. This tile and grout cleaner will be spread evenly on your floor and will be let to set for 10 - 15 minutes to work.

Agitate

This is when we use our floor buffer with our special tile and grout pad that will start agitating our cleaner and removing the dirt on your tiles and in between your grout lines. The floor does get quite dirty.

Extraction

Once we have finished with the floor buffer on your tiles then we can start extracting all that dirt off. We use a scrubber dryer machine that easily sucks up the dirt and dries and neutralizes your floor.
