Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Showpiece Cleaning, we understand that schedules change and unexpected events happen. We strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining an efficient schedule for our fleet of vans and four-man crew.

Customer Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Notice Required: We request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service. This allows us sufficient time to reassign our crew and vans to other waiting clients across Limerick, Clare, and Tipperary.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (excluding emergency situations) may be subject to a €50 call-out / short-notice fee to cover crew scheduling and travel preparation costs.
• How to Cancel or Reschedule: Please notify us as early as possible by calling or messaging Michael Barry on WhatsApp at 087 786 4233, or by emailing Michael@showpiece.ie.

Weather-Related Rescheduling

Because many of our services—such as roof softwashing, power washing, biocide treatments, and window cleaning—depend on safe outdoor conditions, weather in Ireland can occasionally affect our work:

• Safety & Service Quality: In the event of torrential rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or conditions that compromise chemical biocide application or roof safety, we reserve the right to reschedule your job.
• Notification & Priority: If weather forces a delay, Michael will contact you as early as possible on the morning of the service (or the day prior) to set a new, high-priority date that fits your schedule. No cancellation fees apply for weather delays.

Property Access & Site Preparation

To ensure our team can complete your service on time and safely, please ensure the following prior to our arrival:

• Clear Access: Gates, driveways, and surrounding working areas should be unlocked and clear of vehicles, outdoor furniture, or obstructions.
• Utility Access: Unless agreed upon in advance, we require access to an outdoor water tap and standard electricity supply.
• Inaccessible Sites: If our crew arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property or essential utilities without prior notice, we may need to reschedule the job, and a call-out fee may apply.
